When it comes to brim fish tacos at your local restaurant, you’re probably going to have to start with the baja.

The Mexican-inspired tacos are traditionally served in baja restaurants in Mexico, but in the United States they are often served in chains such as Baja Del Sol, a Mexican chain with locations in Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta and New Orleans.

The idea is to give the tacos a bit of a twist, adding ingredients like grilled sardines, ground beef, ground pork and shrimp.

Mardy fish tacos are a popular addition to any Mexican taco menu, and they’re easy to make.

To make your own brimfish tacos, you need to follow the recipe for the Mexican version at the Mexican-style taco stand.

Here’s how to do it: Place a tortilla on a cutting board and wrap the fish in foil.

Heat up a pan of salted water in the bottom of the pan until it is boiling.

Drain the fish and place it on a paper towel-lined plate.

Using a sharp knife, cut the top of the fish into 4 or 5 pieces, about 1 1/2 inches long.

Put the fish pieces in a large bowl and set aside.

Place the fish on a large plate and add the cheese.

Add the salsa, red chile pepper, green onions and cilantro and mix well.

Place a lid on the bowl and cook the brim for about 30 minutes.

While the fish is cooking, put the cilantro, cheddar cheese and cumin on a serving platter.


Brim fish are typically served with sour cream and fresh salsa and they can be eaten as tacos, tacos enchiladas, tacos with beans or enchils.

If you want a little more of the taste of Mexican cuisine, you might want to try a grilled brim with cilantro-and-pepper crema, or a grilled version with grilled sago and cheddar-cheese crema.

If it’s summer and you want to get in some exercise, you could try a boba-inspired brim steak with Mexican-ground beef and salsa.
